You are taking on the role of new HR manager at SunPine, what attracted you to the company?

– It is a modern company in a market that is completely up to date with sustainability, where their development is clearly world-leading.

It's a company that is currently focusing heavily on recruitment, so you're in the middle of the "hot air." What do you see as the biggest challenge as an HR manager?

– We will grow by about ten employees, part of the challenge lies in maintaining the company culture when new colleagues join the company. However, we also have to be realistic as there is fierce competition in the job market, so the job of building a strong brand is a natural part of the challenge. It's really about how we attract the right people to apply for a job with us.

You yourself have worked with recruitment at Cesab, how do you think the requirements for an employer have changed?

– The brand is becoming increasingly important. It can also be important to be able to present a plan for how we can offer a career and how we develop each person in the company, at all levels.
