Supply chain controller

The transition to a more sustainable energy system is in full swing and at Sunpine we work daily to drive this development forward. In fact, it is the core of our business – we take waste products from the paper and pulp industry and produce a valuable raw material for renewable fuels: crude tall oil diesel.

Today we are in a phase where the focus is on development, logistics and supply chain. To grow in a stable and sustainable way, well-planned logistics flows and careful control of the entire supply chain are required. Here you can play an important role.

As a Supply Chain Controller At Sunpine you are part of the marketing department and work closely with other logisticians in the team. You are responsible for the financial statements within the supply chain and are the department's primary contact with the finance department on financial statements issues. The role involves keeping together and driving improvement work linked to the financial statements process.

At the same time, you have an operational role in our logistics flows. You plan, develop and coordinate the flow of materials, such as raw materials and outgoing products, to ensure stable production. Inventory and documentation of the material flow, as well as monthly reporting, are also part of the work.

In addition, you work with external stakeholders to develop and optimize transport and logistics services. You administer and handle deviations, report key figures and ensure that the sustainability department receives necessary information on time. The work may also include other common tasks within the business.

In the role of Supply Chain Controller, you will work closely with the operations, finance and marketing departments as well as with customers, suppliers and other external parties.

We are looking for you as have an education in logistics and economics and a few years of work experience in the logistics field. You are used to working in business systems and have good knowledge of Excel. Experience in bookkeeping and financial monitoring is an advantage. You are comfortable communicating in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are structured, clear, flexible and solution-oriented. You find it easy to collaborate and are a good communicator.
