Process operator
Piteå

Do you want to be part of an advanced production process – where a waste product from the forest industry becomes a raw material for renewable fuels? Sunpine is now looking for two shift process operators for our production facility in Piteå.
One of the positions is a permanent position and the other is a temporary position for six months with the possibility of extension. Both positions involve shift work and you will work at our production facility at Haraholmen in Piteå.
Your role
As a process operator, you are responsible, together with your shift team, for Sunpine's ongoing production process. You are responsible for keeping production safe, stable and efficient. The work includes running and regulating the production process, handling deviations and troubleshooting disruptions, as well as conducting rounds, sampling and analyses. You also participate in maintenance work and production-related projects, and contribute to developing the process and updating routines.
The role involves close collaboration within the shift team, with the operations manager and with other parts of the business. You stay informed about work in progress in the facility and actively contribute to safe and well-functioning production.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has a three-year technical upper secondary education or a process operator education. For the permanent position, we require at least three years of professional experience from the process industry and experience working from flow charts. For the temporary position, this is an advantage but not a requirement. We would like you who are applying for the temporary position to have completed your LIA or worked with us for the summer.
For the permanent position, it is also an advantage if you have experience in improvement work, optimizing production processes, troubleshooting operational disruptions, or developing and updating production routines.
Regardless of the position, we would like you to have good knowledge of Swedish and English and feel comfortable with common digital tools and Office programs.
As a person, you are responsible, proactive and self-driven. You are a technology-interested problem solver with good analytical skills who finds solutions and drives the work forward. Since the role involves many contact areas, you are responsive, communicative and good at collaborating.
At Sunpine, you will work in a modern and technologically advanced process environment where safety, collaboration and improvements are at the center. Here you will contribute your expertise to a business that plays an important role in the development of renewable fuels.
