Strategic buyer
Piteå

Do you want to drive the important purchasing process in an innovative, growing and enjoyable workplace? Sunpine is now looking for a Strategic Buyer who will play a significant role in our continued expansion.
The world needs to quickly phase out its dependence on fossil fuels in favor of more sustainable alternatives. This is the foundation of Sunpine's business. Sunpine is the world's largest producer of crude tall oil diesel, an important part of the sustainable energy mix of the future.
Today we are in an intensive development phase where innovation, sustainable growth, high production efficiency and continued environmental leadership go hand in hand. A secure, long-term and sustainable raw material supply lays the foundation for our continued expansion journey – and as a Strategic Buyer you play an important role there.
As a Strategic Buyer you will become a key person at Sunpine. You will independently drive the procurement of raw materials and other important products and services, through qualified purchasing work and long-term supplier relationships. The role involves working closely with suppliers both in Sweden and internationally, as well as developing, analyzing and following up on Sunpine's purchasing. You are also responsible for ensuring that the purchases are carried out in an appropriate and business-like manner.
We are looking for you who has good experience in qualified purchasing work, who is good at building relationships – and who is a good negotiator. An education in purchasing or economics, or a master's degree in engineering, is an advantage. It is also experience in international operations, raw material purchasing and logistics.
You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, and are comfortable working in Excel. As a person, we believe that you are structured, business-oriented, analytical and good at collaborating. You are happy to take initiative and drive work forward with both a focus on detail and a holistic perspective.
The location is Piteå, but we offer the opportunity for hybrid work and also have an office in Luleå.
Sunpine operates in a international, modern and process-oriented environment. Here you will have great freedom of action in a workplace that has its sights set on the future. You will become part of a values-driven company where a welcoming and committed team is a natural part of everyday life.
