We have a new colleague. His name is David.

We were curious so we took the opportunity to ask a few questions about David's thoughts on the new position.

Hi David, who are you?

– I have been the new CEO here for a few weeks. Before that, I was CEO of Pireva AB. Over the years, I have had a number of different roles in both marketing and HR at fairly widely spread businesses. As a person, I always try to be happy and positive and am passionate about clarity and a sense of belonging.

How does it feel to be here?

– It feels really good. Pride is probably the word that best describes how I feel.

Can you describe your first time here with us?

– With Covid-19, we have had to do things in a slightly different way than planned. For me, it is important to get to know my new employees and learn the business up close. The work has begun with workplace meetings divided into small groups for those who are at work and digitally for those who work from home.

Where will the focus be initially?

– During the year, our factory expansion will be in focus. At the same time, we will create the conditions to be able to scale up the operation further, both large and small. This means working on everything from how we maintain order to how we create consensus on what is important for the future.

What drives you?

– I am driven by seeing people grow. If we start from ourselves as employees, we usually reach a little further as a company. One of my strengths is that I am analytical and straightforward with quite small gray areas.
