Let's introduce Per, our new colleague

Hi Peter, who are you?

– I am a 39-year-old Stockholmer who has been living in Piteå for almost eight years with my wife and our two children. Basically, I have a degree in economics and most recently came from Pireva where I was the Chief Financial Officer for the past seven years.

Today is your first day as the new CFO at SunPine, how does it feel to be here?

– It feels fantastically fun and inspiring. As a Pitebo, you are proud to have a company like SunPine and the fact that I now get to be part of the company's continued journey feels very stimulating. SunPine is right on time with a fantastic product that contributes to a sustainable society. It will be fun to contribute my experience to the company's development.

Where will the focus be initially?

– In the near future, I want to get to know SunPine and the staff. I will also familiarize myself with our routines as quickly as possible, as it is an important part of my role as Chief Financial Officer. It is a special situation to start a new job in the middle of an ongoing pandemic, but I will be able to meet many of the staff digitally this way initially. Then I will honestly admit that I am looking forward to when we can once again sit in the coffee room and enjoy a cup of coffee together.

What drives you?

– I am driven by many different things. Development, results and goals are high on the list, but above all, I like to have fun at work, that is a basic requirement for me. SunPine is basically a fairly young company and I hope that together with my department I can add some structure and new ideas that help the company's development forward.

P.S.. For those of you who want to know more about Per privately, he loves hanging out in the mountains with his family, preferably with a fly rod in his hand. Otherwise, he likes training, football and cross-country skiing. Today, he devotes a large part of his free time to Piteå Elit where he is chairman and the football team in his heart is forever tattooed on his arm.
