Brilliant Awards - Employee Experience  is an annual award for organizations that have either succeeded in creating a working climate with many highly engaged employees or have implemented a major positive shift in how employees experience their work situation from 2021 to 2022.

What makes Brilliant Awards – Employee Experience unique?

• The results are based entirely on data from the companies' employee surveys, which means that it is the employees' real perceptions, and not subjective assessments, that determine which companies are awarded the awards.
• 220 organizations and 240,000 employee responses form the basis for the award
• A response rate of at least 80% and at least 100 completed surveys per year are required to participate (except for the category “Up to 100” where smaller organizations also participate)
• Data is collected throughout 2021 and 2022 and is based on employee data from 70 countries

The February 14 at 11:00  Brilliant will break the envelope during a live event and reveal this year's rankings and winners. We're keeping our fingers crossed ✊🏻
