Tell us a little about your job at SunPine.
– It's a bit complicated. But in simple terms, I analyze different subjects and produce results so that our operations and production are as quality-assured as possible. It's very interesting, and I have some responsibility, he says.

What is it about working at SunPine that motivates you?
– The analysis. There is always something new to learn, and it is a nice feeling. You feel alive.

How would you describe your work environment?
– It is good. I feel safe. All departments have well-established routines and controls and are constantly working on improvements. There is always a risk assessment to ensure that there are no occupational or environmental accidents. This is not an employer that ignores safety. They are committed and want all staff to enjoy the workplace, and you can really feel it in the air.

And colleagues, how is the atmosphere?
– Very simple, there is no boundary between high-ranking managers and those who work in production. And I'm still not used to it. In France it's different. For example, we would never say "you" to a CEO. It's an old-fashioned kind of respect that's a bit exaggerated. That's why it's very nice here, if I need to ask our CEO David about something, it's fine. It's a different mentality here and in Sweden in general, and that's something that I appreciate a lot.

If someone is curious about starting a job at SunPine and asks you what it's like here, what would you answer?
– I would say: do it, you won't be disappointed! It's not hard to go to work in the morning, quite the opposite, says Pierre Le Meur.
