For almost ten years, since 2009, Marie-Louise Nordmark has worked with payroll administration and finance at SunPine.

What does your job at SunPine involve?
“I administer all the salaries and handle payments. But I am also very involved in reporting of various kinds to various authorities and in the accounts every month,” she says.

What motivates you in your job at SunPine?
– There are very nice people here, first of all. The colleagues are absolutely fantastic, and that's a big thing in the whole thing. But then the job involves many challenges. New tasks arise, it's a fast pace – a lot happens. Both in the factory and in general. It's eventful, really a company that is developing, and it's great fun to watch, says Marie-Lousie.

How would you describe the work environment?
– My work environment is great. I have all the aids I need, and I couldn't wish for anything more. It's a sedentary job, but I have an office desk I can stand at, and an ergonomist has even been here to make sure everything is set up correctly. I'm very satisfied and happy about that, not all workplaces give you that. SunPine is a very generous employer towards its employees.

You mentioned it earlier, but what is the atmosphere like among your colleagues?
– I would say there is a very happy atmosphere here! There is a commitment and a drive in people here.

If someone is curious about starting a job here and asked you what it's like to work at SunPine, what would you answer?
– That it is a great workplace. It is a company that looks to the future. A fairly young workplace where people are very committed, says Marie-Louise Nordmark.
