Lloyd started working at SunPine in November 2021.

Can you tell us briefly about what you do at SunPine?
I work mostly with ongoing accounting and invoicing. I am also part of the monthly closing at the beginning of each month and perform some administrative tasks. As an English speaker, I have also had to help with the translation of certain documents.

What is it about your job at SunPine that motivates you?
Above all, SunPine works extremely hard with the future and sustainability, it feels great. My colleagues are committed and are happy when the company is doing well, and then I also want to be involved and contribute as much as I can.

How would you describe the work environment?
It is very good. You can get help with your office space to ensure everything is as it should be to be able to work in as comfortable and pleasant an environment as possible. If there is something that can be improved at work, SunPine will fix it.

And what is the atmosphere like between colleagues?
My experience is that everyone can talk to each other and even as a new employee you are welcomed immediately as part of the group. We have a well-being group and a wellness group that organizes various activities where everyone can join if they want.

If someone was curious about starting a job at SunPine and asked you what it was like, what would you say?
The word pleasant is the first thing that comes to mind. It is clear that SunPine cares about its employees and I enjoy it very much. It will be exciting to see how the company will develop in the future and if you get the chance, you should definitely accept to join the journey.
