Can you tell us briefly about what you do at SunPine?

I work as a process operator and as a safety representative. As a process operator, I manage the operation of the factory together with my shift team. There are three of us in each shift team.

What is it about your job at SunPine that motivates you?

What motivates me is that there are so many things happening at SunPine all the time. There is always something new on the job. Then the process is so complicated that I learn something new every day at work. My role as safety representative means that I get to make my voice heard when it comes to safety issues and participate in certain phases of projects. It is also a driving force in my work. Then I really have fun with all my colleagues at work

How would you describe the work environment? 

The work environment at SunPine is very good but it can always be improved. I have never worked in an industry that has such a high safety mindset as we have at SunPine and I think that is fantastic.

And what is the atmosphere like between colleagues?

The atmosphere between colleagues is good. I feel like everyone can talk to everyone and no one is afraid to express their opinion on things. SunPine is also a place where all thoughts and ideas are welcomed in a good way.
